Hur var din upplevelse? Geografiskt sp\u00e4nnande, botaniskt l\u00e5ng historia och dessutom ett st\u00e4lle med unik milj\u00f6. S\u00e5 mycket kallare \u00e4n omr\u00e5den n\u00e4rmare havet vilket ger bra f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r odling av frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker med kraftiga aromer och stark personlighet. N\u00e4r jag skrev min bok b\u00f6rjade jag skriva ner en lista med alla f\u00f6rdelar i ett separat kapitel. Men jag var tvungen att sluta ganska snart eftersom detta kapitel verkade bli l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n resten av boken.<\/p>\n<p>Den viktigaste p\u00e5verkan \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt hj\u00e4rta och k\u00e4rlsystem och f\u00f6rhindrandet av hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar. H\u00e4r i Sverige tycker folk om att veta var maten kommer ifr\u00e5n \u2013 historien och m\u00e4nniskorna bakom r\u00e5varorna. Matlagningskurser har blivit ett nytt s\u00e4tt att tr\u00e4ffas och ett alternativ till traditionella middagar. Vara interaktiv och f\u00f6lja menyn \u201dfr\u00e5n jord till bord\u201d. S\u00e5 underbart det skulle vara att plocka frukten och gr\u00f6nsakerna och sedan direkt ta in dem till k\u00f6ket!
