You can reach the site from the\u00a0\u00c1lora-Ardales road, just over 1 mile north of\u00a0El Chorro\u00a0on the south side of the\u00a0Desfiladero de los Gaitanes (Gaitanes Gorge). From there, a small paved trail leads you up to Las Mesas de Villaverde hill, but halfway up you\u2019ll find the beginning of the footpath to the Bobastro ruins.
