The truth is that, while the land wasn\u2019t in great shape, something made me feel and start to see that this would be the start of something new in my life.<\/p>\n<p>I bought the finca and what began as a glimmer of hope has now become my future, the beginning of a dream that we are turning into a reality.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.27.4&#8243; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; text_font_size_tablet=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_font_size_phone=&#8221;13px&#8221; text_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221;]We dedicate ourselves mainly to\u00a0<strong>marketing and exporting olive oil and organic products to Sweden<\/strong>\u00a0and we have a\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ad9a6b;\" href=\"http:\/\/fincasolmark.com\/en\/country-house-rental\/\"><strong>country house as accommodation for visitors<\/strong><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0which we have refurbished and renovated inside and out, down to the very last detail, with a prime location in Carratraca, M\u00e1laga province.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.27.4&#8243; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; text_font_size_tablet=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_font_size_phone=&#8221;13px&#8221; text_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221;]While I am aware that my objectives are ambitious, I\u2019ve summarized a few of them here:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Foster and promote<\/strong> <strong>sustainable, environmentally-friendly tourism in Andalusia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Raise awareness<\/strong>in society about <strong>environmental responsibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Help the finca\u2019s neighbors <\/strong>make their businesses <strong>environmentally friendly<\/strong> and sustainable<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to <strong>generating employment <\/strong>in rural society<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>solutions to rural depopulation <\/strong>in the area (workshops, events, talks, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to <strong>cleaning up, caring for and conserving <\/strong>the places that border on the Finca: the village, paths and forest<\/li>\n<li>Share <strong>new, progressive ideas <\/strong>with the local population about<strong>caring for and respecting the environment: recycling, cleaning-up, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fostering and promoting <strong>rural innovation <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Raise awareness about the <strong>\u2022 Raise awareness about the <\/strong>and Spanish gastronomy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conserve and promote the area\u2019s local traditions<\/strong> as well as <strong>the natural and cultural heritage of rural Andalusia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Educate and incentivize <\/strong>consumers of the finca\u2019s products, helping them learn more about the principles of environmental businesses and how they can support those that exist in the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.23.1&#8243; background_color=&#8221;#eaeaea&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;8px||2px|||&#8221; box_shadow_style=&#8221;preset1&#8243;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.27.4&#8243; text_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;18px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;1px||1px||true|&#8221; text_font_size_tablet=&#8221;16px&#8221; text_font_size_phone=&#8221;13px&#8221; text_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|desktop&#8221;]Here you can see a\u00a0<strong>small selection of before and after images of the finca<\/strong>.
