With over 25 years of professional experience in gardening and landscaping, where he has gained prestigious awards, Manuel is in charge of managing the finca alongside Pelle, taking care of its development and maintenance at all times.

Energetic, positive and with a great sense of humor, José is a “jack-of-all-trades”. His enthusiasm and vitality rubs off on the rest of the team and his capacity for hard work on the finca is endless.
We mustn’t forget our beloved dogs, “Negrilla” and “Papa Frita”, our cats “Iker” and “Blanca” and our beautiful swallows, which are part of our great little family. We care for them and try to make them feel at home.
