My brother-in-law and good friend, Manuel Arroyo, who has been a gardener for 25 years and who accepted the idea of launching this project with me, is the manager of the finca. We also have the help of Laura López, who is in charge of leading the finca’s marketing and communications campaigns, and José Antonio, whose hard work, energy and sense of humor mean that his enthusiasm rubs off on everyone who visits.
I feel lucky to have a team of employees with a great deal of talent who, like me, have a passionfor the work they do and a positive attitude.
From the beginning – to be exact, since April 2018 – they have invested their time, energy and efforts with me to lay the foundations of what has already become a beautiful finca, although this is just the start of building something bigger and even more inspiring.
