The Finca covers approximately 37 acres of land that is full of olive and avocado trees, a wide variety of other trees (citrus, walnut, chestnut, macadamia trees, etc.), a couple of houses and an irrigation pool.

We also have two flourishing vegetable gardens, full of seasonal vegetables – tomatoes, garlic, parsley, spinach and several varieties of lettuce – to name just a few examples.

We are a completely organic farm and are in the process of obtaining the GlobalGAP mark, which guarantees that we are able to produce organic products with the maximum safety and quality, basing our work on two fundamental pillars: respect for the environment and good agricultural practice.
